These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Premedi B.V. By booking a service, you agree to these terms. For questions, please contact us at info@premedi.nl.
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Premedi: Premedi B.V., registered at the Chamber of Commerce under number 87654321, with registered office at Keizersgracht 123, 1015 CJ Amsterdam.
Client: the natural person who books a service with Premedi and/or uses the portal.
Service: the preventive health examination, including blood test, physical measurements and medical report, as described on the website.
Agreement: the agreement between Premedi and the client for the performance of one or more services.
Portal: the online environment accessible at app.premedi.nl where clients can view their results.
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements and deliveries of Premedi.
2.2 By booking a service, the client declares that they have read and agree to these general terms and conditions.
2.3 Premedi reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The current version is always available on this page.
2.4 In the event of a conflict between these terms and a specific agreement, the specific agreement takes precedence.
3.1 A booking is made via the website or portal of Premedi and is confirmed by email.
3.2 The agreement comes into effect when Premedi confirms the booking by email.
3.3 The client must provide accurate personal and health information during the booking. Providing incorrect information is at the client's own risk.
3.4 The client must meet the stated preparation requirements (e.g. fasting) for the examination. If the client does not, Premedi may refuse to perform the examination or may charge rescheduling costs.
4.1 Premedi provides preventive health examinations for informational purposes. The services do not replace regular medical care.
4.2 Premedi does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. If results give cause, Premedi will advise the client to consult their own GP.
4.3 Results are ready within 72 hours of the appointment and are available in the portal.
4.4 Premedi reserves the right, for medical reasons, to refuse an examination or to refer to other care.
5.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Payment is made in advance via the payment options available at checkout.
5.3 In the event of non-payment, Premedi may suspend access to the portal and/or recover the outstanding amount via collection.
5.4 Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance on the website. Existing confirmed bookings will not be affected.
6.1 The client can cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time free of charge via the portal.
6.2 Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged at 50% of the service price.
6.3 In the event of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
6.4 In the event of serious medical reasons, the cancellation policy may be deviated from at Premedi's discretion.
6.5 Premedi may cancel an appointment in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical failure, illness of staff). In that case, no costs will be charged and the client will be offered an alternative appointment.
7.1 Premedi performs its services with due care. However, the results are always indicative and must be assessed in the context of the client's overall health.
7.2 Premedi is not liable for damages resulting from the use or interpretation of the results by the client, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Premedi.
7.3 Premedi is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of earnings, loss of data or consequential damages.
7.4 If Premedi is liable, the liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7.5 Premedi is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure, including natural disasters, pandemics, government measures or technical disruptions beyond Premedi's control.
8.1 Premedi processes personal data in accordance with the AVG/GDPR and the Medical Treatment Contracts Act (WGBO).
8.2 A medical file is kept for each client for 20 years in accordance with the WGBO.

9.1 Access to the portal is personal and non-transferable. The client is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
9.2 Premedi may suspend or terminate access to the portal in the event of abuse, non-payment or breach of these terms and conditions.
9.3 Premedi is not liable for damage resulting from unauthorised use of the portal if the client has not adequately protected their login credentials.
10.1 Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions and all agreements with Premedi.
10.2 Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless the client is a consumer and prefers the court in their place of residence.
10.3 The client may also contact Stichting Geschillencommissie Zorg (Healthcare Disputes Committee) for disputes relating to medical services.
10.4 These general terms and conditions are available in Dutch and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Dutch version takes precedence.
